Below it is explained how Acknowledge occurs in the alert after triggering a call-rotation.
When we receive an alert on One Platform now, call rotation is automatically activated if the alert has the alarmed status, following the same incident flow.
To acknowledge the active alert, you must click on the three points indicated in the image below.
After clicking on the 3 dots, a menu will appear with the Acknowledge option.
A When clicking on this option, a confirmation for the action will appear, and then we click on Acknowledge to confirm.
It is also possible to reach Acknowledge confirmation directly by clicking on this link, which arrives in the alert notification.
This way, the incident status changes from Alarmed to Acknowledge, thus ending the call rotation.
