Founded in 2020, ElvenWorks is a company specialized in reliability, helping businesses leverage their digital products through monitoring, observability and incident management. Our business model builds long-term relationships with our clients through technical excellence directed at value generation and an understanding of each client's specific needs, delivering exclusive solutions that meet their goals and requirements.
ElvenWorks' founders, Bruno Almeida, Bruno Pereira and Fabrício Lopes, have extensive experience with digital products and, faced with the shortage of companies skilled in this area in the Brazilian market, decided to found ElvenWorks, creating the Elven Platform — a B2B SaaS platform that materializes their knowledge and experience, while also offering a professional services model to address the specifics of businesses and operations.
The Elven Platform provides comprehensive active monitoring of applications and services, as well as incident management that covers both those captured directly by the platform and those originating from third-party players, such as APMs and Open Source Solutions. The result is a single, centralized management for all of your digital products.
With the growing competitiveness among companies seeking professionals skilled in Cloud, DevOps and SRE, ElvenWorks began to be constantly sought out for recommendations of such specialists. Recognizing this demand, the company saw an opportunity to contribute to people's development, and that is how the SRE Training Program was created in November 2021.
