ELVEN WORKS SOLUÇÕES EM TECNOLOGIA LTDA. (“ELVENWORKS”) maintains this list of subprocessors, that is, contracted service providers that process personal data on our behalf. When engaging them, we require security and data protection standards compatible with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD – Law No. 13,709/2018).
We share personal data with subprocessors only when necessary to enable the performance of the contracted services or the functioning of our operations, and only to the minimum extent necessary for that purpose.
Data is retained by subprocessors for the period necessary to provide the service, subject to contractual terms and applicable legal obligations, as described in our Privacy Policy.
